【摘要】:Thistestmethodprovidesameansofestablishingspecularglosslimitsforbright,semi-mat,andmatglazedsurfaces.Itisrealizedthatspecularglossmeasurementsdonotalwayscorrelatewellwithvisualrankingsofglossinessbecausespecularglossisonlyoneofseveralrelatedappearanceattributesthatproducethesensationofgloss.However,theprescribedtestmethodisofsufficientaccuracyfortheintendedpurpose.Note18212;Ifagreaterdegreeofdistinctionbetweenbrightglazedsurfacesisdesired,the20x00B0;geometryinstrumentwillprovideit.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationof60x00B0;specularglossofglazedceramicwhitewaresandrelatedproducts.1.2Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
