【摘要】:Thisstandarddescribesspecificrequirementsforvascularprostheses,includingcardiacvalveconduits,ofsyntheticorbiologicaloriginintendedtoreplace,toreconstruct,tobypassortoformshuntsbetweensegmentsofthecardio-vascularsysteminhumans.ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletoprosthesesderivedfromhosttissue(autografts).NOTEAvalveconduitisregardedasacompositeprosthesisandfallswithinthescopeofthisstandard.WithregardtosafetyitgivesinadditiontoENISO14630:1997,requirementsforintendedperformance,designattributes,materials,designevaluation,manufacturing,sterilization,packagingandinformationsuppliedbythemanufacturer.ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthedesignationofmaterialsofthemanufacturerandtheconstructionofthedevice,andthedesignationofsizesanddimensionsofvascularprostheses.ItspecifiesbiologicalrequirementsforthematerialsofconstructionandforthefinishedproductbyreferencestoappropriateInternationalandEuropeanStandards.InadditionthisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthedesignationofmechanicalproperties.Itdescribesmethodsforthemeasurementandverificationofthedimensionsandmechanicalpropertiesstatedbythemanufacturer,includingdurabilitytesting.Thisstandardalsogivesrequirementsforpackagingandlabelling.Itprovidesdefinitionsofthetermsincommonuse.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotspecifyallpossibleperformanceordimensionalcharacteristics.Insuchcases,theEuropeanStandarddoeshoweverincludemethodstoverifythenominalvaluesstatedbythemanufacturer.
