【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60950specifiesrequirementsforinformationtechnologyequipment(ITE)withselfcontaineddatastoragesystemsthatcontainhazardousmovingparts.Thesedatastoragesystemsaretypicallylargeenoughtopermitapersontoentercompletely,however,thesystemsalsoincludesimilarlargeequipmentpermittingcompletelimborheadaccesstotheareacontaininghazardousmovingparts.TheserequirementsareadditionaltotherelevantrequirementsinIEC60950-1.Themaximumthreedimensionalreachofacartridgeaccessoryassemblytypicallyhasaminimummotionenvelopof0,75m3ormore.TheequipmentsshallbeinstalledinaRESTRICTEDACCESSLOCATION,suchasadatacentre.Theexceptionsfor2.1.3and4.5.4notedin1.2.7.3ofIEC60950-1donotapplytothisPart23.NOTE1Anexampleofequipmentcoveredbythisscopeisanautomatedinformationmassstorageandretrievalsystemthatusesintegralhazardousmovingpartsforthehandlingofrecordedmedia(forexample,tapecartridges,tapecassettes,opticaldisks,etc.)andsimilarfunctions.
