【摘要】:Tackofprintinginkscontrolstheirhigh-speedtransferproperties,asmanifestedbythroughputinrollmilling,pickingofpaperduringprinting,andwettrappinginmulticolorprinting.Althoughanapparenttackmeasurementdoesnotcompletelypredictthetransferperformanceofaninkoravehicle,itprovidesameaningfulparameterforqualitycontrol,development,andresearch.Anumberofthree-rollertackmetersareavailablethatdifferindesignfeaturessuchasrollerweight,geometry,andcompositionofthedistributionsystem.Instrumentsofdifferenttypesdonotgivethesameapparenttackreadings.Instrumentsofthesametypewillonlygiveapparenttackreadingswithintolerance,providedthattheyaremaintainedandcalibratedproperlyandinthesamemanner.1.1Thistestmethodcoverstheprocedurefordeterminingtheapparenttackofprintinginksusingathree-rollertackmeter.1.2Thistestmethodisapplicabletoallpaste-typeprintinginksandvehiclesthatareessentiallynonvolatileunderordinaryroomconditions,providedthatanyelastomercoveredrollersinthetackmeterareresistanttoattackbytheparticularinkorvehiclechemistry.Differentelastomersmayberequiredfordifferentinkorvehiclechemistries.1.3Thistestmethodcoversthree-rollertackmetersoftwodifferentgeometries,referredtoasGeometryAandGeometryB.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
